Ivory Ban- What does it mean for you if you live in California? If you live in Illinois?

The Antiques Trade Gazette has come out with a good article on the contradicting situation Ivory ban between Federal and State laws now.

Antiques and the younger generation 

They value them, but don't know how to use, integrate them.  
Although Art is still considered a status symbol in the UK.
